Dispatch

All items will be dispatched within one working day of manufacture. Whilst there is a stock of items, some with specific customisations may not be currently available. We will not be held liable for any shipping costs, labour charges or consequential losses incurred due to delayed items. If an item is urgent, please contact us before placing the order to check stock and dispatch time.

Shipping

Shipping is free to all of Mainland UK. International post will be sent via UPS - quoted postage costs may be more than that stated, and I reserve the right to request further payment (please get in touch before hand, and I will endeavour to quote correctly)

Import Taxes are not included with any of the courier services used. You may be liable to pay upon import into your country. If the import duties are not paid, the item may be returned - at which point the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

The item must be returned within 14 days in order to receive a full refund. Any items returned after that time, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Regardless of the return reason, the buyer is responsible for the return postage - this includes unwanted items, or items which were ordered by mistake.

If the item you have received is faulty, the buyer will be refunded once the item has been returned.

IP - Intellectual Property

Any design work undertaken, becomes the sole IP of Duct3D.

Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers - Duct3D do not store any financial details. This is handled by our payments provider.
